So the layoff that will be this year will wipe out PC sav leads bc they did not invest the time and money to Sav leads the more expensive sales force with the new drug. It's an easy way to get rid of the higher paid reps.
The force ranking and manipulation of numbers that is recognized by all when you fired ny reps and took gold cups away will make the age descrimination suit stronger.
Sadly most if us are along for the ride. There will be a payout. My suggestion do it rite give better severance to compensate for the lost ic to cheaters and manipulation of numbers.
I'd go away happy with a years severance and sign papers to not sue.
