Not paying the Lantus contest for January and February is motivational to the sales force? It is nearly May - your home office team can't even keep up with a simple contest.
Making the RBLs, RCMs, ABLs and Sales Professionals send trackers into the VPs weekly is motivational and actually drives sales?
Making every territory do 3 programs a month or 5 for the Afrezza team, circa 1995 pharma, actually drive business?
Having NO managed care access for Afrezza has nothing to do with scripts being lost at the pharmacy?
Giving merit "increases" that amount to less than the increased cost of employee health insurance motivates and engages employees?
Full day meetings filled with 75% webcasts sitting in expensive hotel conference rooms accomplishes anything?
Jez the clock is running out on Afrezza and Toujeo. When Novo launches Tresiba in January you will not know what happened.
If you were wise you would get into the field with small groups of reps and figure out what's really happening. Your "Senior Leaders" can tell you everything you want to hear - you have no idea of just how bad it is to be so over-managed.
This is the lowest point for morale we've seen in 15 years and it is getting worse by the day.
Everyone is in pure compliance mode just checking the box to stay out of trouble.
Clock is ticking.
