Haven't seen a post about this, but Valeant seems to already be screwing people over on their severance packages. Many, if not all, got a revised package via FedEx saying that Valeant was removing the option to receive your severance in a lump sum payment.
That's BS. They gave us a contract with that as an option and are trying to remove it before we sign it. Jen Reynolds told us we were getting a lump sump. Now they are backtracking? Not sure who screwed up where, but they are going to have their hands full if they do this.
Just a reminder for those of you still at Salix/Valeant-I wouldn't trust these guys at all. It's all about the money. That's fine, as long as you don't screw people along the way.
