The chances of JT trying to fix something that's not broken and reigning down his Micro managing style on the whole new Salix/valeant sales team is gonna suck! I hope we get rid of that bullshit force ranked system and go to the valeant Goal based system! Is he really Homer Simpson's boss like on the Simpsons?
