I used to like my job until I had to launch Afrezza and then Toujeo within a three month period. So much brain damage. Endless disease state and product training, new sales model, two launch meetings, breakfasts & lunches every day of the week, several speaker programs (live and remote), weekly Afrezza teleconferences, Toujeo teleconferences, Afrezza follow up training meeting, area business meetings, all added to compliance training, endless emails, cold chain hand sampling, etc. The specialty team doesn't want us around for lunches because all they care about is Toujeo scripts (not their fault). I can handle all that, but now we're getting a ton of pressure from our ABL because Afrezza ain't selling. I can't sleep at night because I'm worrying about it all. Help!!!
