So this comes more from an outsider looking in, but I have had lengthy discussions about coming on board in Discovery Oncology as a Sr Scientist. They are doing reference checks, how long until you think an offer might get done or do you think there might be other things at play still? Any insight would be great if you have been a hiring manager or on the HR end. Thanks!
