I know it's asking a LOT to come on CP and ask for the truth because you have so many disgruntled a-holes here and really just about every thread seems to be loaded with them no matter what company BUT I currently work for Merck and I don't wanna. I've worked for them in the past and looking for a "step up" in terms of culture, pay, bonus, benefits etc. I am looking at Mylan as there is an opening here where I live BUT in reading the shit here on CP, you would think the sky is falling...So my questions are:
Is it really that bad at Mylan?
How is the overall morale there?
Pay pretty competitive ?
How are the health benefits etc.?
Product portfolio? Decent, shitty, or fantastic ?
What is the future of Mylan ? I know they don't have any pipeline but whats their next big branded item, IYO ?
Anesthesia a good space or a pain in the ass to be in?
autonomy ? Or micromanaged out the ass like Merck does?
Now again I know I'm going to get some smart asses that are going to lie through their teeth but would also like to hear from reps that actually like Mylan.
