Lila or AKA lolo needs an attitude adjustment

I'm so tired of hearing how awesome the program is doing on a daily records submitted etc. Hmmm, well maybe that is because the company decided to ship the ones they have been holding all on that day. There is NO TRANSPARENCY on what is going on and when you try to ask her questions, she doesn't have the answers and gets very irritated. ISN'T THIS HER JOB? She blames the office , the phone lines , etc. I think she is covering some failures up on her end. I think she is in way over head and doesn't want to admit she is not qualified so instead just deflects all the issues. I reached out to other regions and they all agree that this attitude has to stop. We need someone who is supportive so we can help make this program better. She needs to read her job description and be more helpful. I am not sure how I am suppose to get this program running when I can't get answers from my own employer, coverage sucks, and shipping takes way too long.
