Applying for job

Hey, I'm applying for a job with lilly and wanted to know what you all think from the inside. I worked for pharma for about a year, it was a POS company that only lasted two years. I got out and got my BSN through an accelerated program and have been a nurse for 3 years. I was wanting to know if anyone would like to extend some knowledge about the company and a better way to get a face to face. It's been awhile since I've been in the industry. I've forgotten about the intense interview processes as nursing is exactly the opposite. Again, any information would be helpful. Thank you for your time.
