We all know what is coming.1500 people will be on the dole soon. As an adult, I recognize this as a necessity.Companies need to change in order to stay relevant/competitive.This is the path of our company now and while I am scared because I have heaps of M8s that are sure to lose their jobs,I also have faith that all is being done to stave off the wolf at the door.
The questions is this... it is a simple one. Do you feel that during your time at Allergan,your job performance has made you indispensable to the company, or have you done the minimum required of you and now you are on the bubble ?
