Merck Swine Rep

Merck Swine Rep, just wondering how you want me to fill out the survey I received from your company on how you service my mixed animal practice. It's too bad you aren't trying to build a relationship with me like BI, Zoetis and Elanco. They bring value and pertinent information to me and my swine clients. All you talk about is making your goal, getting your product into my clients and how you did things when you were raising pigs. If you were so great at raising pigs, why aren't you still doing it. Try to be more of a listener and provide information that will get you to your sales goal, then things will happen when the trust factor is built between you and my clinic. At a recent meeting with other swine vets your name got brought up because you are focused on your goal and not relationships. You need to realize the value of building trust, relationships and friendship. Then things will happen for you.
