My resume...gonna apply

Hi guys, I'm applying to a couple Publicis jobs in TX and want some feedback. I want to leave a job off my resume. I've been in Pharma 10 yrs. 6 with Merck and hopping around about once a year since as the industry has been shaky. I want to leave off a 6 month stint at Otsuka. Will that show up in a back ground check if I don't list it? It was just too many jobs to put for the past 4 yrs. please weigh in! Peace😉
