Ok! Now they want to sue Thermo Fisher for patent infringement on the emulsion PCR technology used in the Ion Torrent Platform, because the same methods were used in the 454 technology??
Roche trash (scientists and corporate) never had the brains to innovate something like that on their own, let alone sustain, and leverage the technology that was handed to them by Rothberg.
