Final Word from Former Employee

Dear Fellow Co-Workers and Forest Mngmt.,

Now that the dust has settled, I can sit back on the deck of my Caribbean cruise drinking my Stella and reflect on what has taken place over the last few months. When I first got that what I thought at the time was a devastating call, it has been nothing but eye opening on what is out there and what a truly toxic sample dropping micro managed dead end company you all are working for. Trust me, I left many friends behind and understand your scared daily environment you work in. I was there. Sometimes it takes a swift kick in the balls to realize what horrible environment you work in every day. Once you get outside the branch davidian compound you realize that you were brain washed and beaten. Please, do yourself a favor, unless you have zero self esteem (and that's what they are banking on) get the hell out! I landed a biotech gig two days after the call and sat back and double dipped on everything from bonus, pay and health benefits! Trust me, it rocked my world, but it didn't take long to realize what a huge favor they did!
