so you tell us IMS is not a problem (when you made me pay money back) and then you tell us it is just a SP out west...just a ranking issue--no worries...then you tell us ....oh..sp double counted SRFs...but then some managers say one thing to reps others say another..so confusing...what is the truth...what are all the lies? why do some go down 10% or more? Why do some increase if it was double counting? Why is it at the final hour? WhY oh WHY did UPPER MIS MANAGMENT promise IMS wouldnt ever be an issue when here we are JUST ONE QUARTER from and f show and we are back to....we over calculated pay out...but we have no money so lets just readjust those quotas...blame on IMS and save money...they don't care one bit about us...they keep lawyering up to make sure they have full play on changing pay out...I'd love to tell you what my manager SAID about this...admitted they are scammers...
