UM don't know the Business

For all of you blue blooded Kool Aid drinkers, ponder this. Upper manage really doesn't understand the business, highly paid reps carrying one useless drug, expensive drug not on formulary, Forteo. Pipeline consists of throw as many molecules into it with very little experimentation and expect success, or and R&D program that unfortunately has to worry more about ePMs rather than perusing successful molecules. Upper management doesn't get the business do they ?
