looking to escape Big Pharma??We are the nation's oldest and largest "professional only" line of nutritional and herbal supplements sold exclusively through health care practitioners. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about natural health to help further develop existing and new clientele. You will be responsible for calling on various alternative minded health care professionals (Chiropractors, MDs, NDs, LAc's, veterinarians, etc) in the Houston and possibly SE Texas. We will consider individuals currently calling on this client base with non-competing products and/or services.The selected individual will be responsible for:• Making 7 to 10 calls per day on existing and prospective clients (decision makers) gathering and providing information, as well as building relationships to help them grow their business. • Using provided contact manager software to keep impeccable daily records on the activities occurring at each account. • Prospecting and generating new clients through provided leads and COLD CALLING.• Motivating clients to attend various educational events.• Conducting educational in-services at accounts on products and their uses.• Assisting at weekend seminars and evening workshops.• Most importantly….growing the sales within the assigned territory.Requirements• You MUST have the proven skill sets and ability to get past the "gate keeper" to the practitioner, uncover needs and motivate others to action. This is not a “professional visitor” position. Simply dropping off materials is not acceptable.• Individual must be health conscious and believer in complimentary / holistic medicine. • You MUST be highly organized, outgoing, self-motivated, driven to succeed and able to handle rejection on a daily basis. • A BS in a life science is strongly preferred but will consider other individuals with a strong proven track record of sales in this market. • Proven track record of being able to develop and maintain a sales pipeline of existing and new accounts.• Please DO NOT APPLY if you are currently promoting any MLM companies.• NON smokers only.• Professional references will be checked.Compensation Straight commission is paid monthly on provided base of accounts plus yearly bonuses for achieving required growth. 1st year income should be in the $60 -- 75K range depending on experience and results. 3rd year income should be in the 90 – 100K range at minimum required growth.
