reps laid off for not putting up numbers - how do you get another sales job?

i was let go from actavis a bit ago because my numbers sucked. literally 70% of my accounts are in on big-ass clinic that doesn't allow reps in. been trying for months, along with my dm, to gain access and nothing ever happened. of course, my numbers sucked. trying to find another pharma/sales job, but how do i explain getting booted after a year at this job? i have no good numbers to brag about
