What a mess. Would somebody for the love of God keep Greg Irace off the stage. Besides being a failed leader his voice sounds like Homer Simpson's wife. Also please home office stop slapping yourself on the back and all the glad handing going on make this a bad reality show. Don't call yourself a launch powerhouse when Afrezza has been a disaster and Tujjeo has been treading water at the edge of a ocean whirlpool. This was nothing more than trying to make Paris that things are awesome. As for Praluent it will come down to managed care and PBM's . End of story, all the sob stories from patients mean nothing if they can't afford it or it's not covered on their insurance.
This was hard to watch today and the one bright spot is Jez seems like a good guy and is trying.
