Worst comp plan, awful company culture and disrespectful sales leaders

Can't get much worse. JB, Rui L, and Bob D are hands down the worst leaders of the sales team. Why is finance even considered a part of sales leadership anyway? Disrespectful and have have lead the sales team to largest turn over ever. They have no long term strategies and lead by awful examples. They have become the joke of the sales and marketing team. Womanizers and egomaniacs.
