Miami opening

Hi all,

I'm trying to get honest opinions on the new company, structure, morale, managers, ect... anything you can provide. I have a pretty good job but was recently contacted about the Miami opening. Recruiter was pretty vague on products or division, not sure whether he didn't know or didn't want to say. I do know it would be a bump in base, but really tried to sell me on bonus potential and stock options.
I know you guys have gone through a major change, but how is the leadership and is it worth trying to come aboard?
