Was asked by Novo HR to prove my previous pay with a paystub or W2. The only reason to do this is so that HR can base their offer on my current salary, rather than paying me the going market rate. Suggest never applying to this or any other company that demands documentation of previous pay. If you want to hire me, pay me what I am worth - what I make now is irrelevant!!!! I am happily working at a company that was willing to pay me market rate, not 10% over previous salary offered by Novo.
Do not apply at Novo!!!
