Dude at least if your going to be in charge please get out of the old 80s and stop with the stupid dinner programs that no HCP's want to go to and stop with the call metric and dumbass biz plans. Let us do what we do and burden us with all this BS! We have great relationships let us leverage them and grow. You will have one hell of an exodus from the field while we are looking for jobs on company time. I know it is hard to hear and make change but the old pharma plan is not being used anymore with bad access and managed care challenges, come on!
