Ken Keller....listen to me!

Before the announced layoffs occur, OFFER the layoff to those who would rather take the small severance and leave. There are PLENTY of reps who want out, but aren't going to leave without incentive...and those are the reps you should want to go. Give the people with the worst attitudes who don't want to be here the chance to get out, and let the people who value their jobs stay.

There will be a line of people fighting for the layoff spots, and those of us who stay will be better for letting go of the weak links.
