It's nice to see the FDA wasn't fooled by Pacira shenanigans .....Exparel is an expensive 24 hour marcaine. It's been the case since the launch: little benefit after 1 day. Little to no reduction in need for other pain meds. Why would this ever get approved in nerve block....
