In my process of searching for a new position, I'm wondering how accurate the numbers for "at plan"? I've already see instances of recruiters over promising when compared to the hiring manager. In your dealings, are the numbers at plan usually accurate? How are they usually calculated? I'm assuming based off last years numbers with projected growth. Would love to get some feedback.
