It is time to get rid of the point responsibilities and conference calls. I guess it was a good idea for someone on each team to take ownership and know what is going on regarding adults/motivation/training...... But nothing comes of this and it is a giant waste of time. It seems like the RDs make conference calls bc they think they should. Asking 15 reps to share (make up) what their team thinks or what their strategy for the summer is gets us nowhere.
