Counterpests!

Anyone else have counterparts and/or teammates that drive you up the freaking wall? On my team there is one woman who everyone can't stand but has to be nice to because she is the most senior (she has been with the company forever and knows everyone) but she annoys everyone while acting like their boss.

I personally think that the manager is afraid of her too because the woman will tattle on anyone (it's rumored she even reported someone who was talking to her on a bluetooth while driving) but the pain doesn't respect anyone's personal time because she has zero social life so work is her life.

It makes you want to bang your head against a wall when someone contacts you all hours (even on weekends) by phone, email, and text and will complain if you don't get back to her quickly.

The most ironic thing of all is that the person is not that good of a performer either and has zero knowledge of many things but will always deflect and turn things around on you like you've committed a crime (even though she is the one in the wrong).

Please tell me that I'm not the only one experiencing this!

Anyone have any tips for dealing with a psycho teammate?
