The Indy 500 just ended here in beautiful Indianapolis. However, we need to slow things down a little and reflect on how we represent ourselves to our customers. We need think before we speak. My ABL has 3 kids she brags about 24/7. A month ago she started spouting off and bragging to an important office about her eldest son. He is the most intelligent, successful, and talented person. Considering my ABL's son is doing a long sentence in federal prison for dealing illegal drugs, I don't feel like our definition of success is the same. How can our customers take us serious. Any suggestions on how to keep the clown in the car next time? She should not be in front of customers!!
