Got cut and got a new job that (so far) is so much better and yes, pays a good chunk of change more than nearly a decade with Forest.
Once out, you realize there is a whole other world out there and how silly it was to spend one minute stressing about a job with poor leadership, a redichulous amount of counterpart turnover, poor local formulary and less than accurate numbers in the large rural area I covered.
If I could do it again I would have left after 3-5 years. After that, you've done it all as a territory rep. Could move into specialty, but in our system all that meant was twice the territory, more crummy counterparts and only a 10% increase in pay.
Oh - I would work less and milk the system much more than I did.
Anyone else?
