Center Director: Brain Balance Achievement Centers seeks a dynamic Center Director to lead and drive the student learning center. This position requires attracting parents to and enrolling students in our unique Brain Balance program. This is an ideal and rewarding position for those seeking a sales/management role and for those who enjoy interacting with special needs students and their parents. We have a documented 82% success rate with ASD. Responsibilities - include, but are not limited to the following:  Generate center sales/manage finances  Meet with parents for initial conferences  Assess and monitor student progress  Conduct parent conferences  Manage, motivate and develop full/part-time staff members  Enrolling of students  Marketing the facility Requirements, Skills and Experience:  Minimum of a bachelor’s degree  Minimum of 2 years sales and management experience  Strong sales skills with high level of energy and enthusiasm  Outgoing and confident personality  Solid presentation, communication, listening skills  Excellent customer service mindset  Excellent organization skills  The ability to multi-task  Ability to work with school aged children  Available most evenings and some Saturday mornings  Flexible schedule Candidates with sales or management experience in the following fields are welcome:  General Education  Special Education  Learning Centers  Tutoring Centers Position offers a competitive base salary based on education and experience, commissions/bonus program and benefits.
