Too many GOOD people are leaving

I just spoke to another great rep that was fired for speaking up against the poor leadership of this company. The leadership (or lack thereof) is running off all of the good people. We can't continue to lose account after account because we are not willing to bend like other labs and then push out all of the good sales people. And when we replace them, it is with a $50,000 salary and a commission plan that is realistically going to yield another $30,000. I'm out as soon as I can find a something in this crappy job market. I've worked just as hard as any other year and made $20000 less in commission. I wonder if anyone made more in 2014 than in 2013? I doubt it.
