ABT/HSP had acquisition strategy in place since inception! Abbott still holds plenty of HSP shares from spin. The blatant disregard on quality side is a result of not giving a F'k because this dog is getting sold. The Current CEO/VP level will be dismantled SWIFTLY by Pfizer!
