Calculated hours worked vs pay. It came out to be about minimum wage
Now our RVP wants us in the field from 8-5 , 5 days a week.
Our paperwork is done after "working hours" which gives us a few hours more work in the evening.
Don't we have any Rights?
I think Id make more money as an hourly paid employee.
