The saddest thing about the layoffs was that some people who wanted to stay were forced to take the package and some of us who wanted the package were forced to stay.
I have been told the only way to get a package now is to basically stop working and get put on probation. Then they will offer a package to go away. 30 years with GSK and all
I see now is a second rate company whose sales continue to tank. It's tough to watch.
