Is Med Device Sales going down hill fast???

So I have been in Med sales for a few yrs now, 6 yrs in Dental Implant sales, and the last year and a half in Orthopedic implant sales.

I am SO SICK of being with a company and being satisfied with the comp plan, then January rolls around and the comp plan changes and you get absolutely bent over... Of course the company tries to spin it as if its positive but its simple math, plug your sales into the new comp plan and see how much less you'll make... I can't complain, I'm still on a $125k plan, but I'm sick of making that. I want to go to the next level.

QUESTION: Is medical sales on its way out? Ive heard recruiters say it has a few good yrs left...
