I keep hearing about this new growth pharma culture. Omg that is the biggest joke that has been branded to spin it off to the shareholders.
Let's see-
Multiple reps in a territory that are not needed
- goals that don't put you at goal at 100 percent...yea..lol
- call and change report that punishes you for seeing docs too often..oops guess I'll go home at 10:30 in the morning.
A speciality field force that used to be run the right way but along comes forest and by golly we are run like primary care..
Micromanaging I. What you are doing daily- all trust gone.
I. Certainly y don't feel like I'm growing but wait, yea, the shareholders pockets are getting bloated .
this is such a grand place to work.
