This company screams out for true leadership. We have plenty of managèrs on the so called leadership team but they inspire no one to follow them. We are even going to add more managers/leaders in early 2015. AMs will gladly follow a true leader but we are not lemmings to follow some of these idiot RBD's and ABMs and the General off a cliff. I'm tired of the same speeches about selling more Brintellix and Maintena to help more patients. Really! We are here to do a job and be rewarded financially. Pay us, quit screwing with the numbers, come up with a simple IC plan and do away with this primary address, split credit nonsènse. There are reps that live on the computer moving Drs in and out of territories to line their pockets at their peers expense. You so called leaders on your leadership team have turned your AMs into theives and liars. You have forced bogus call averages, and crazy routing. How can you call yourself leaders.
