new wpr - does this suck or what???

so i may be getting laid off and/or a reduction in my role and/or a new crappy boss and this is my discussion today:



manager: here is your review, thanks for your hard work



lowly employee: why is my score lower this year when I worked so hard



manager: don't focus on the score (lowly employee), it is a new system (designed to screw you in new ways)



i hate my life, it is tough being a team allergan pion....
