If you have not heard this place is a cluster &^$#. If you have the option to leave now then do it. I spoke with multiple mangers today 3+ and all said to be interviewing elsewhere. The rep counterparts I speak with have had enough as well. The current leadership should be investigated for fraud - they have run this organization into the ground while making millions.
