Flex-Time Health Care Liaison Position question

This position appeared related to the pain/addiction contract in my state.

Does anyone know the details behind this? I am guessing it is for Iroko? Also any ideas on earnings, remibursement on mileage, how much 'flex-time' is vs full-time, etc.



Also, not sure why this is called a 'Health Care Liaison'-- it seems like a part time sales rep position from the description...
