ADMINISTRATIVE: Schedules and attends weekly on-site meetings with Providers and the Location Manager. Reports to senior management every day with a summary for assigned region. Attends planned monthly staff meetings in each assigned location. Provides individual training to all new Office Managers Provides individualized and group training in operational and business practice Provides oversight of all day to day business operations of all assigned regional offices Provides for on-site assessment of office operations through consistent, scheduled visits to each assigned location. Ensures time critical transfer of data and information to effect efficient processing of claims Acts as a resource for all Office Managers in dealing with human resource or conflict resolution issues Assesses office staff for compliance with corporate policies and procedures Interviews, recommends, and hires candidates for placement in assigned locations. Counsels and Documents as required. Recommends and assists in drafting new policies and procedures or the modification of existing policies and procedures to assure contemporary compliance with changing regulatory or office practice managementAssists in development of budget for each site Participates in special projects and/or assignments as requested by COO Plan and coordinate quarterly provider meetings Facilitates open lines of communication between the corporate and assigned offices in a timely manner. Development of new locations: Staff recruiting Successful implementation of all Systems. CLINICAL: Supports the location manager/derm coordinator in daily assessment of staffing needs, emergent scheduling related issues, equipment and supply variation needs. Assesses compliance, on a no less than monthly basis, with biopsy log management and timely treatment of positive lesions. Supports the location manager/derm coordinator in resolution of provider related concerns and communicates concerns to the COO. Monitors compliance with all State and federal statute requirements, i.e. OSHA, CLIA, HIPAA Participates in the planning and execution of all on-site training programs. Participates in the interviewing and hiring process of clinical staff. Monitors workers compensation related injuries and recommends remedial training of staff. Attends all clinical staff meetings. Evaluates monthly clinical inventory summaries and participates in inventory control management recommendations to reduce operational costs. Monitors patient related incident reports and patient complaints.
