I have been approached about an RSD opening but from what I can tell, managers don't stay around very long. Why is that? Also, I understand there is very high turnover in executive mgmt. What is the reason for this and is there any hope of a long-term career at LifeWatch? Any insight would be appreciated. Pros and cons, please.
