Hear that sound? It's the broken glass ceiling destroying a company

It's a shame.

The last few years watched this company become much more diverse, and women have risen to leadership positions in droves. While one should consider this a great thing, it will actually prove to be the opposite. Look at what has happened. As the diverse and female have been given the reigns, this company has crashed....it's gotten worse year after year. Before you brand me a racist or mysoginist, let me tell you I am not happy this has happened. Unfortunately, the corporate world has been watching, and learning.

The massive decline of what used to be a market leader in the US while run by the proud female elite will ensure in due course that it will be more unlikely to ever happen anywhere else. A very real chance to prove that women have the guts and fortitude to lead through serious challenges has been squandered in a mess of "patient first" and a policy of passing over the best candidate the job simply because he was male.

There was a legitimate seat at the table, and it was proven unworthy.

Very sad.
