Now that we have started to accept that we are Actavis and no longer Allergan .... It makes me wonder ... Does Actavis know that many employees are totally disengaged and just hoping for a severance package? That many of the leaders that are in charge are the biggest creators of the problems? That many people are in the wrong role but have quite a bit of power and are completely demotivating those around them. The vibe on the Irvine Campus is so bad. Do you notice it and what are you seeing?
