This quote represents the absolute worst of Teva...if it comes from a Manager, which it probably does that explains a lot about what is wrong with Teva. Teva employees were once valued and now are spat on by douchebag incompetant Managers. Leadership should take note of this negative attitude prevalent among sh!tty managers.
