as to when the next layoff will be. I'm not sure I "trust" this Company. I'm fairly new, and I think I made a huge mistake leaving one company and coming here. I've been here less than a year, and I am disappointed with the leadership and where this once fine Company is heading too. Does anyone else feel unmotivated? I really don't even want to put that much effort in. Plus, their numbers are not right. I'm judged on incorrect sales numbers. I've made it thru 2 layoffs, and who knows if I'll make it through another. Sad situation here. The reps seem unmotivated and we are all going through the motions.
