Samsca IC crap

I am tired of meeting my goals, personally earning more than 100%, but paid 20% less. What is the incentive? Especially "dangling the carrot" of a revised brand goal last summer but still paying us 80%. I can only control my territory's performance yet I penalized for the crappy performance of the nation.
