From a Scientific Affairs standpoint, Amgen has handled this downsizing incredibly poorly. We know nothing more today than we did back on 7/29 when it was announced. The restructuring website has not been updated since 9/17. Why can't they just give us a firm date for the RIF announcement. The anxiety and uncertainty of this layoff is really torturous, yet we are suppose to maintain the status quo and continue to do our job. WTF Amgen.
