I was wondering under what circumstances a person should consult an attorney. When would it be useful if there is no violation of law? She is giving the same treatment to another employee . We are both white, over 40 and she is African American. Would an attorney be able to do much and where would I find one who is experienced dealing with bullying that is disguised as management?
